Please read the following general conditions and rates carefully:

1. Reservations and Confirmations:

- Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of the amount due by bank transfer to the details provided at the time of booking.
- Confirmation of the reservation will be sent by email after receipt of payment.

2. Rates and payment methods:

- Rates are quoted in Euro (€) and are valid for the duration specified in the reservation.
- Payments can only be made by bank transfer. All necessary transfer information will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations must be communicated in writing by e-mail to [email protected].
- In case of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of confirmation will not be refunded.

4. Check-in and Check-out:

- Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and no later than 6:00 pm.
- Check-out must be by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

5. Facility Rules:

- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and apartments, as well as in all enclosed spaces.
- The swimming pool can be used from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Animals are not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the structure and objects during their stay, for which a penalty equal to the market value of the same will be charged.
- In order to respect the environment, separate garbage collection is mandatory within the spaces of the farmhouse, so please use the bins provided in the common spaces. Those who do not adhere to proper waste disposal will be charged a penalty of 50€.

6. Pool rules:

We are happy to offer you access to our rooftop pool, the perfect place to enjoy relaxation and fun away from the hustle and bustle of the lake.
However, to offer you the best possible service, please consider the following rules:

- The pool will be open from May to September, weather permitting. This means that due to weather variables, we may have to open or close the pool depending on the temperatures and forecast at the time.
- The pool can be used from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Access to the pool is allowed for children under the age of 16 only when accompanied by an adult.

6. Other Information:

- Agriturismo Ca' Cristane disclaims any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property during your stay.
- We reserve the right to change rates and conditions at any time.
